 MANG - Innovation Team

The Massachusetts National Guard Innovation Team (MANGIT) is a think tank group that strives to meet the Adjutant General’s three priorities which include: fielding winning teams, investing in our people, and building enduring relationships.   MANGIT implements a structured format that facilitates a dynamic environment in the form of a sustainable innovative working group.  MANGIT end state is to evaluate and identify innovative solutions to identified opportunities that support TAG priorities.

The Core Group is comprised of 8-10 members of various ranks and backgrounds. Core Group members will implement the MANGIT framework providing the resourcing, facilitating, and project management to see Challenges through to completion.

Subject Matter Experts comprise the majority of MANGIT members. This group serves as a repository of knowledge and experience available for the Core Group to resource focus groups to pull upon based on the needs of the Challenge.  This groups participation could be occasional and without constraints though its contributions will be the most valued within the Challenges.

The Command Group is a small team of Senior Leaders that provide guidance, continuity, and emphasis for the MANGIT
