Brigadier General Paul L. Minor
General Minor assists and advises the Adjutant General (TAG) in the performance of his duties. Serves as Co-Chair of the Joint Diversity Executive Committee (JDEC) for Massachusetts and the Region 1 JDEC. Serves on National JDEC. Serves as Co-Chair of the Massachusetts Innovation Team. He seeks to further TAG’s priorities of caring for our people, fielding winning teams, encouraging innovation and building enduring relationships. He provides general officer level leadership in shaping the future direction of the organization. Chairs the Senior Service College Selection Board. Supports State Partnership Initiatives and Homeland Security Institute programs. Provides General Officer presence at required ceremonies within the Guard and in the larger community.
