ABOUT US
The Warrior FIT mission is to sustain and improve unit readiness through individual training initiatives that expand overall lifestyle and occupational success. Our program is an evolution of health knowledge and doctrine, which helps soldiers achieve their fitness goals through the five tenants of holistic health: Physical, Mental, Nutritional, Spiritual, and Sleep. The goal of Warrior FIT is to shape the future of the National Guard by improving access and engagement with innovative projects throughout Massachusetts in order to develop better actions and understanding around personal fitness.
